It started as a little back-and-forth between us. We’d text each other photos of our lunches—sometimes pretty, sometimes… definitely not—and laugh about how so many women we know don’t even have a proper lunch.
Here’s the truth: we love food. We hardly ever skip meals. But we’re also guilty of scarfing something down between emails, eating behind our laptops, or grabbing whatever’s easiest just to keep moving.
And we thought—why do we settle for that? What’s wrong with romanticizing our lunch a little?
Pretty Fed was born from that idea. To make lunch more than a rushed moment. To make it feel like a small, intentional act of care in the middle of the day.

The Grazing Plate: Basil chicken meatballs, herb aioli, fontina cubes, roasted cashews, pickled rainbow slaw, apple & pear slices, crackers or GF crisps, and chocolate-dipped coconut rolls. (~35g protein)
Autumn Farro Salad: Brown butter farro with roasted butternut squash, crumbled pork sausage, dried cherries, toasted walnuts & goat cheese, with fresh plums and a dark chocolate square. (~31g protein)
The Olive Grove Sandwich: Greek-marinated chicken breast, cucumber, red onion & feta on sliced sourdough, served with marinated olives, citrus-berry salad & a snickerdoodle cookie. (~38g protein)
